- Advise each birth year in the order of preference. Most people generally have them in the order of oldest to youngest.
- There are several examples of birth year from 3 to 7 family members. If you require more thats OK but please note the birth years will look smaller & email me to advise the extras.
- Advise Family name.
- You have the choice to buy a digital print that will be emailed, OR have the design printed & shipped to you.

• Your digital print will be made in A2 size so you can reduce it easily to an A3 & A4.

• All files in CMYK high resolution 300dpi JPEG.

Your print will be emailed to you from the email used when you checked out.
Open the files and print yourself, or take them elsewhere to be printed.

All of our prints are printed professionally by another company. They will be printed, packed & shipped directly to your address. I have chosen

• Postage can take from 3-12 days depending on your location within Australia or overseas.

• Digital print orders are emailed directly to you. No physical product will be sent.

• $9.95 flat rate worldwide wide.
• All shipped prints will receive a tracking number & you will be notified of this number upon shipment.

♥ CAN I CHANGE MY MIND? ♥
• I do not accept returns for change of mind due to the personalised nature of the product.
 All products are made to order.

♥ REPLACEMENTS ♥
• For personalised orders I do not replace products if the customer has made a spelling error. You will need to place your order again.

• If Happy Joy Decor has made an error your order will be replaced ASAP no questions asked.
• If your order is damaged at all please email hello@happyjoydecor.com.au with a photo please ASAP.
