Here is the low down of how things work at Happy Joy Decor along with some frequently asked questions.

HOW LONG DOE MY ORDER TAKE TO MAKE & SHIP
- Orders take approximately 5-7 days make. 
- Postage can take from 2-10 days depending on your location within Australia. Please note customer orders going to WA can take 7-10 days. 
- International customers please be patient, everything is registered & post times generally take at least 14-21 days to arrive.
- If you need an order urgently please email me & I will do my best to accomodate you.
- Express shipping options are available.
- All parcels are sent via Mailforce, a registered contractor for Australia Post & Star Track.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
- $9.95 flat rate Australia wide. FREE shipping on orders over $79 Australia wide.
- International shipping is calculated at checkout.

HOW WILL ME ORDER BE SHIPPED?
- All orders are packed for protection. All products are mostly wrapped in tissue or cello bags, then posted in a waterproof courier bag. 
- Digital orders are prints are emailed directly to you. No physical product will be sent.

WHAT IS YOUR QUALITY LIKE?
- I source the best quality products I can to fulfil durable products.
**Please note product quality can change occasionally which is sometimes out of my control due to supply changes. I do make all replacements are equally of a high standard.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
- There are no returns for any products for reasons such as a change of mind. Due to the nature of our personalised collection returns cannot be made.
- If there is a fault in your product, on Happy Joy Decor's behalf your item will certainly be replaced ASAP. All that is required is a photo of proof of error.
- These guidelines are stated by consumer affairs.
- Orders that have gone missing via post will be replaced after an enquiry has been made & all possible avenues have been used to locate it.
This is a lengthy process of up to 21 days.

PAYPAL DISPUTED
If something has gone wrong with your order, or it's gone missing please communicate with me, 👍 before you hit the PayPal dispute button. I will do my best to find a solution for you.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Secure credit card facilities are available as well as PayPal. Direct deposit available but orders are not started until money has cleared.
