Here is the low down of how things work at Happy Joy Decor along with some frequently asked questions. If I haven't answered everything for you just send an email with your questions & I will get back to you.
All photographs are taken & loaded into my shop to provide you accurate images & product descriptions. Please keep in mind that sometimes monitor calibrations will differ from screen to screen so minimal colour variance may occur.
Your privacy is important to us & in no way are your details shared with anybody else or third party affiliates.
Secure credit card facilities are available as well as PayPal.
Direct deposit available but orders are not started until money has cleared.
How long does my order take & ship?
All orders take approximately 7-10 days to create plus postage time. I do not keep stock of any products, everything is made to order. Please understand in peak seasons like Christmas, orders can up to 14 days.
If you need something urgent please email me & I will absolutely try my best to accomodate you.
Adding express shipping options are also available.
How much is shipping?
Shipping on all domestic orders is FREE.
There is a flat rate of $20 shipping for all international orders.
How are orders shipped?
All parcels are sent via Mailforce, a registered contractor for Australia Post & Star Track to deliver. Orders are sent via registered post with tracking numbers which are emailed once your order has been shipped.
Postage can take from 2-10 days depending on your location within Australia. Please note customer orders going to WA can take 7-10 days.
International customers please be patient, everything is registered & post times generally take at least 14-21 days to arrive.
How are my items shipped?
When shipping orders I make sure to have all products packed for protection. All products are mostly wrapped in tissue or cello bags, then posted in a waterproof courier bag.
Digital orders are prints are emailed directly to you. No physical product will be sent.
Shipping rates internationally, have a flat rate charge of $20.00
Tracking numbers will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
What is the returns policy?
There are no returns for any products for reasons such as a change of mind.
Due to the nature of our personalised collection returns cannot be made.
Unless of course there is a fault in your product, or a mutual agreement.
If I have made an error which can happen as I am human, I will certainly replace your purchase. Any product errors please email a photograph for inspection.
I follow all guidelines stated by consumer affairs.
Orders that have gone missing via post will be replaced after an enquiry has been made & all possible avenues have been used to locate it.
This is a lengthy process of up to 21 days.
If something has gone wrong with your order like it's gone missing please communicate with me, there is always a solution 👍before you hit the PayPal dispute button. It's OK we can work it out.
Can I use your photos taken from web or blog posts?
If you want to use a photo from my website or blog it must be credited accordingly please & linked back to me via social media platforms. I would really appreciate it, as I work so hard creating them.
