- Advise each birth month flower & name of child. Most people generally have them in the order of oldest to youngest.
- You can add up to 8 birth month flowers & names. If you require more thats OK but please note the birth years will look smaller & email me to advise the extras. 

You have the choice to purchase the print as a physical print, or buy as a digital print & print yourself. Physical prints come unframed.

• Print at home or take to your favourite print service.
• If printing at home a heavyweight white paper or card stock is suggested. You can find these at Officeworks, eBay, or specialty paper and art stores.
• Your download links will not expire & will be in the area of your purchases on Etsy. However please save your files ASAP to your preferred device.
• Please don’t share your purchased files. All files are for personal use only.
Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

All prints come unframed.

Shipping & Returns

LEAD TIMES

Business days at Happy Joy Decor are Monday to Friday. 

Digital prints will be emailed to you via a link to download straight after purchase.

Personalised orders from Happy Joy Decor will take 3-5 business days to make, plus postage times. During peak periods like Christmas, orders may take up to 10 days to make, but we aim to stay within our dedicated times.

Postage can take from 3-10 days depending on your location within Australia. 
Please note customer orders going to WA can take 7-10 days.

International post times generally take at least 14-21 days to arrive, depending on your location.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are packed for protection. All products are wrapped in a clear cello bag and backing board is used on the from side and backside of your print to prevent bending. They are then packed and posted in a sturdy waterproof courier bag.

Digital orders are prints are emailed directly to you. No physical product will be sent.

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order at Australia Post.

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND?
I do not accept returns for change of mind due to the personalised nature of the product.
 All products are made to order.

REPLACEMENTS
I do not replace products if the customer has made a spelling error. You will need to replace your order.

If Happy Joy Decor has made an error your order will be replaced ASAP no questions asked.
