Material & Care
Here at Happy Joy Decor we are Australian Made and use only high-grade quality materials.
We prefer to use natural fibres and our choice is 100% cotton for our cushions.
Cushion dimensions are 41x41cm square and come with a plump soft pillow insert. 100% soft durable cotton & finished with a zip closure.
Cold machine wash, hang in shade to dry, warm iron on the reverse side.
Do not dry clean.
Our products are digitally printed with water-based inks. All ink is heat set at 180 degrees to guarantee no ink colour running or bleeding.
The print on our products is not a vinyl sublimation.
You won't feel anything sticky, cold, and it definitely will not crack or peel.
Our printing process feels smooth because you can't feel anything.
The design is part of the fabric.

All of our items are made to order especially for you. We do not hold pre-printed stock, making every product created for you uniquely yours.

Business days at Happy Joy Decor are Monday to Friday.
Your order from Happy Joy Decor will take 5-7 business days to make, plus postage times. During peak periods like Christmas, orders may take up to 10 days to make, but we aim to stay within our dedicated times.
Postage can take from 3-10 days depending on your location within Australia.
Please note customer orders going to WA can take 7-10 days.
International post times generally take at least 14-21 days to arrive, depending on your location.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are packed for protection. All products are wrapped in either tissue or a cello bag is used. They are then packed and posted in a sturdy waterproof courier bag.
Digital orders are prints are emailed directly to you. No physical product will be sent.
$10 flat rate Australia wide. FREE shipping on orders over $100 Australia wide. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

All parcels are sent via Mailforce, a registered contractor for Australia Post & Star Track.
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order at Australia Post.

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND?
I do not accept returns for change of mind due to the personalised nature of the product.
I do not replace products if the customer has made a spelling error. You will need to replace your order.
If Happy Joy Decor has made an error your order will be replaced ASAP no questions asked.
