• Your digital print will be sent in an A2 size so it can be easily scaled down to an A3 or A4. Should you need another size please email & ask me.
• Your order will be sent via emailed in a PDF or JPEG format within 48 hours or less.
• Created in high resolution 300dpi

Sometimes colours may vary from screen to screen so please be sure to consider, and there may be a slight variation of print colour to what you saw on your digital screen.

All of our items are made to order especially for you. We do not hold pre-printed stock, making every product created for you uniquely yours.

•Your order from Happy Joy Decor will take 2-4 business days to create.
• Postage can take from 3-10 days depending on your location within Australia or overseas.

• Shipped prints are sent in a sturdy packaging protecting the poster
• Packaged flat for posters up to A4
• Packaged in a tube for posters above A4

• Digital print orders are emailed directly to you. No physical product will be sent.

♥ POSTAGE ♥
• $9 flat rate worldwide wide.
• All parcels are generally sent via Australia Post. Depending on location this may change.
• All shipped prints will receive a tracking number 

♥ CAN I CHANGE MY MIND? ♥
• I do not accept returns for change of mind due to the personalised nature of the product.
 All products ar4e made to order.

♥ REPLACEMENTS ♥
• I do not replace products if the customer has made a spelling error. You will need to replace your order.

• If Happy Joy Decor has made an error your order will be replaced ASAP no questions asked.
