- You have the choice of a plain white 11oz or 15oz mug, or a 11oz black or red handled mug.
- Ceramic
- Dishwasher and microwave safe
- The mug is glossy white and the prints come out beautifully and vividly on it.
- The print retains its quality and luster when used in both microwaves and the dishwasher.

As all mugs are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

• Business days at Happy Joy Decor are Monday to Friday. 
•Your order from Happy Joy Decor will take 3-5 business days to print.
• Postage can take from 3-10 days depending on your location within Australia or overseas.  

♥ HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? ♥
• Delivered in a secure box with bubble wrap for protection. The mug box will be posted inside a waterproof satchel.

♥ POSTAGE ♥
• $9 flat rate worldwide wide.
• Parcels are generally sent via Australia Post. Depending on location this may change.

♥ CAN I CHANGE MY MIND? ♥
• I do not accept returns for change of mind due to the personalised nature of the product.
 All products are made to order.

♥ REPLACEMENTS ♥
• For personalised orders I do not replace products if the customer has made a spelling error. You will need to place your order again.

• If Happy Joy Decor has made an error your order will be replaced ASAP no questions asked.
• If your order is damaged at all please email hello@happyjoydecor.com.au with a photo please ASAP.
