How to download printable instant download files from Happy Joy Decor
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, confirmation might take a few minutes.
You will also receive a download notification email separate from your purchase transaction notification emails you will receive from Happy Joy Decor or PayPal.
If for any reason you haven't or can't find your download notification email please check you spam or junk mail. Otherwise please email me at hello@happyjoydecor.com.au & I will help.
I thought I would share the 3 ways instant downloads are delivered.
Personalised digital files
If you have ordered a personalised print as a digital file you will not receive anything straight away except your purchase receipt.
You will receive the file within 48hrs or soon as I will be creating it for you.
When complete it will be sent to you as a JPEG file in the size you have selected.
Instant downloads prints
If you have purchased art that is not personalised, you will receive an email with a link to the download.
Here is a visual example
OK let's say you've ordered the "be happy sill kind monochrome instant download" once you have purchase this, you will go through the steps to purchasing, like nay other web cart.
I have given myself a discount code so I can check out without paying for me own products. However when I do give out does for discounted products just pop in here under discount code & hit apply.
Once you have added your payment details & checked out completely you will receive your order confirmation which is shown in the next image.
The email added when checking out, is the email that will be used to send your files. After your purchase confirmation & receipt has been delivered, you will receive a third email that will have a printable download link.
When you click the link you will be sent here with an image of the art printable you have purchased, & below i you will see the "Download Now" button. 
As it's downloading you will see this icon at the base of your screen (please note I am on a mac a pc may differ).
Once it's downloaded a zip file will appear, double click & it will open with all print files inside as per your order described.
Please save files asap to your computer.
Another way you may receive instant download printables.
I have another way you may receive your printable files, this is because some files are too big to put all in a zipfile.
After your order confirmation you will still proceed via the instructions above, but instead receive a PDF file with a link to dropbox instead. Dropbox is a cloud based storage system & is free to join, www.dropbox.com
In this example I am going to use my “Safari Animal printable baby journal” because it's a big file.
This is an example of a PDF file you will receive, please read through as it has instructions. Then click the hyperlink.
Dropbox will also give you the option to scroll though them. You will see this at the base of your image.
Printing how to's;
- When printing your artwork please check out your printer settings. Most printers have a quality selection area so be sure to select the best printing quality available. This will ensure high rich colour.
- I would suggest printing all artwork on bright white card, anything from 200gsm will be perfect. If you choose a heavier card just be sure that your printer can take the paper weight.
Where to print in Australia
If you don't want to print at home there are other options available especially if you'd love to get your personalised work on a canvas, on wood or other medium.
There are many options to print locally.
You can go to Officeworks, Harvey Norman, Snapfish, KMart & Big W, Vistaprint plus your local independent photo print services.
