I really excited to share my love of modern Australian animal bedroom decor with you today. Our Australian animals are soooo cute, like really cute!! I have had so much fun illustrating & creating this gender-neutral collection that will look fab in the boys and girls bedrooms.
I am not sure why we don't enjoy our lovely Australian animals in our home more? I mean we get hooked on sloths, alpacas, safari animals, which, don't get me wrong are super cute, but I think our native little guys are so worthy as a piece of kids decor or in the nursery.
Sometimes I think trashy looking souvenirs have killed the Australian animal decor perception sadly. I understand that, as I know they aren't great, but with such a want for modern Australiana art now, it's time to redesign what's already beautiful.
My Australian animal collection is modern, cute, simple in design & created in gentle soft gender neutral colours.
Gender neutral colours really are a blessing in disguise. Not only are they great for both boys bedrooms and girls bedrooms, but they are also a perfect decor update that will coordinate easily.
If you're pregnant & don't know what you're having, then this gender-neutral colour palette is the perfect colour solution for you. The Australian animal collection has lots of soft greys with little pops of colour including soft turquoise, yellow & coral.

I also wanted to share my latest addition to the collection. It's a 3 piece wall art set for the kids bedroom or nursery in a completely gender-neutral colour palette.
There are 3 pieces to the set
One is an abstract design which is quite a different style for me. But I wanted something that had a beautiful colour palette that could be easily coordinated in the bedroom or nursery without a specific theme attached to it.
The other 2 designs are words to inspire the kids. A little reminder of special qualities that will make them be uniquely themselves.
