Filing your journal can be as simple or as fancy as you want it to be.
In the above photos, I purchased a simple 2 ring binder.
Choose your favourite colour.
Decide on a 2, 3 or 4 ring binder.

Another way to finish your journal is, over the course of the year store it somewhere safe as you go. When you're finished take it to a speciality printing store & have them collate it beautifully with spiral binding or something similar. I would suggest printing the front & back covers in heavier card stock. A 220gm card stock or heavier is ideal.

Lastly, another option is to have your digital baby journal professionally printed at a speciality store. If you're worried about errors, maybe write a rough draft in a notebook & transfer it across when you're happy with what you've written.
