8 ways to display printables at home

I really love the convenience of printables, or as some may call them instant downloads, whatever you call them I have found some creative ways ways to display them.

What I love about printables is how easy & fast they are to update a blank space in no time. Choose your design, buy it, print it out & display it in your home inexpensively & FAST.

There are so many ways to display printables around the home, so I thought I would show you 8 incredible ways to display them.

These ideas can be adapted to suit your family homes style. There is no right or wrong, our homes all unique in taste & style

#1 - Frame your printable.

Print your chosen design at home, or if you don't have a great printer ion hand use your local print service. I live in Australia so I can recommend Officeworks, Kmart, Vistaprint, or Teds cameras.

I have been advised Walgreens, Staples & Costco are fantastic services to have your digitals printed if you're living in the USA.

Once printed buy yourself a frame to suit your bedroom, the kids bedrooms, the family room, even the laundry or bathroom. The perfect design for your home can really make a statement.

#2 - Use a Grid

I love this idea of using a gorgeous grid to display your art printables just like this example. Use some small clips or pegs & just clip the art on.

It's the perfect solution for when you like to change your images regularly making it a fast way to update your bedroom, office, family room or kids room. This versatility is ideal for the different seasons of the year, as well as holiday celebrations.

#3 - Stick them down with Washi tape

No need to worry about finding frames here when washi tape can solve this problem.

Washi tape is brilliant as it peels away without taking any paint with it. Use it to frame your art printables, even your photos. Use it as a contrast to help your printable stand out, or find a design that coordinates perfectly with it.

With all of the interesting designs available I know you will find something perfect to compliment the photo as well as where you're displaying them.

I did a search on washi tape in Etsy & look at this selection!!

#4 - Use a coat hanger

Hang your art printable on a clip coat hanger.
I love this idea 😍🥰 it's like two pieces of art in one!!
The golden sequin coat hanger is such a gorgeous idea & the best part is you can change your art as often as possible.

You can see on this hanger, that string is being used to hang the printable.
However, I know buying a dress wooden clip hanger like this one or this one would be ideal as the clips are already attached.
Then it's total up to you how you decorate it.

#5 - create a collage

You can use multiple frames, or don't use any to create an amazing printable wall art feature.
Utilise the washi tape idea mentioned above ⬆
Create a mix your printables, some memes, quotes, art, pattern or anything else that takes your fancy. Don't get hung up about it being matchy if you don't want it to look like that. Be a bit eclectic & hang anything that you love.
You could create a theme of prints that could be of illustrated pictures, like fairies, wizards, cooking utensils, inspirational words, or make your decision based on colour based.
You're only limited by your own style, interest & imagination!

#6 - String. up your art

Once you have printed off your designs in a smaller size, peg them up side by side using this clothesline like display. This is such a great way again to collect or different kinds or printable art & group them together.

I could definitely see myself hanging all sorts of small printables here.
Hang motivational quotes for you to see daily, or just hang your favourite images from colour, to your interests, even seasonal celebrations like easter and Christmas.

#7 - Hand them like a mobile

Oh WOW I love this idea, how interesting does it look?
What a feature piece for your home even the office.
Who would have thought of hanging art like this, it's really like a mobile.

I could see this idea in a nursery or kids bedroom with cute art & beautiful mother & baby memes. Add a photo or two to the mix as well.
Another brilliant way to change art around according to the style of your home, the season or holiday inspiration.

#8 - Use clpboards

Whoever thought the boring clipboard could display so much beauty?
This is so much more interesting than the humble notepad. Using clipboards can let your imagination run wild. You don't need to use as many as displayed here, you could have just a few, create a shape, or a few rows of uneven lines.

They would be great to fill the tiny blank spot in the home screaming for some colour, & perfect for when you're tired of that image.
